Currently we are offering the early adopters promotion which will make your onboarding without a cost. For customers that are adding their eshop to spotter.com.mt till the 15th of December we are waiving the onboarding cost and handing out 200 credits.
The cost is based on clicks. We charge on a CPC basis, that means that for every click your product gets, we deduct a specific amount of credits. Currectly all product categories have the same cost, namely 6 Credits. Depending on your topup choice the cost per click can be as low as 4 Cents.
No, we only charge per click as mentioned above.
Your products will not be shown in spotter.com.mt. The moment you decide to top up everything will be back to normal again.
Yes, you should be able to track it if you are using Google Analytics. We are adding the required UTM tags so you can easily follow your user's journey. Should you require any more or different approaches, kindly let us know
No, once you are onboard, we get the data automatically! You are only managing your own eshop. No need to duplicate data or create products on our platform.
No, we do not get access to your eshop. You are merely providing us with a structured dataset of your already publicly available products. Or: whatever a visitor of your customer sees on your website
No, we do not gain any access to your eshop. We can only read the generated XML file. We cannot perform any changes on your website.
Yes, we are sure. But, all our plugins are Open Source so you or your developers can see the whole source code and judge by yourselves.
We have implemented mechanisms that prevent fraudulent clicking. Obviously we cannot disclose those as then the would be obsolete. Main point is that you are protected against it and a flag will also be raised on our end.
